Who We Are?

Dr. Mark “Malik” Douglass
(Founder/President)

Dr. Malik is from Benton Harbor, Michigan where he has seen the “Best of Times and the Worst of Times.” Coming from a middle class home with both parents and his very diverse family of nuclear, adopted and foster brothers and sisters, he has experienced joy and grief. Malik overcame setbacks and let downs that have led to the manifestation of N’dugu Kwa N’dugu (Brother to Brother). He is an esteemed graduate of Grambling State University, Louisiana, Fordham University, New York, and Villanova University, Pennsylvania; where he has acquired a host of degrees and credentials in business, education, and curriculum design.
